Compatibility and Connectivity

Can the wireless function of the NUBWO G06 be used with Xbox? No, the wireless function is not compatible with Xbox. The G06 only supports wired mode when connecting to an Xbox controller.

Why can't I connect to the wireless function on the first use? The first time you use the headset, it requires more than 10 seconds for the initial pairing process.

How do I use the call alert feature? Connect the headset to the console using the 2.4GHz dongle. Press the power button twice to switch to Bluetooth mode, pair with your phone, then press twice again to revert to wireless mode. This will connect the headset to both the console and your phone, enabling call alerts.

How do I switch modes? The headset starts in 2.4GHz wireless mode by default. You can switch between wireless and Bluetooth modes by pressing the power button twice.

Can I play while charging? For electrical safety reasons, the G06 cannot be used while charging.
